Problem: Jamming

As shown below, Swordfish shredders have 3 settings: Reverse (<<), Off (O) & Auto (I).

Setting the shredder to ‘Rev' is the first step to clearing a jam. You should always check the waste bin is empty before placing the shredder in reverse.

2. Switch the shredder to ‘Rev' and gently pull visible paper from the feed slot. Has this resolved the problem?
