Swordfish Consumer Warranty Claims

The Swordfish Manufacturer’s Warranty is offered on all products via our network of wholesalers and retailers. (Please refer to the Warranty Information section under the Support menu at www.swordfishsupport.com.) If your product develops a manufacturing fault within its warranty period, the supplier who sold it to you will in most cases be able to provide you with a replacement, subject to verification of your claim.

If it has not been possible to return the product to where you purchased it from, we will assess your claim direct if you provide us with full details on the form below. Please ensure you complete all the fields in full and allow at least five working days. We may require you to send the item to us for investigation.

Please note that our Troubleshooting Guides (under the Support menu at www.swordfishsupport.com) are able to resolve many common problems, so before making any warranty claim we ask you to try them first.
