Problem: Rough edges or effort required to cut

As with all trimmers, the most accurate cut will be obtained from cutting only 1 sheet of paper. Increasing the number of sheets will reduce the accuracy and we therefore recommend cutting as few sheets as possible at any one time. Please note that the maximum capacity is for 80gsm paper and not thick paper or card.

  • Swordfish 500 Series Paper Trimmers can cut a maximum of 10 sheets of 80gsm paper.

  • Swordfish 600 Series Professional Trimmers can cut a maximum 20 sheets of 80gsm paper.

 

1. Please reduce the number of sheets you are attempting to cut, ensuring that this is below the maximum capacity. Do you require a replacement?
